Okay, I'm at $614 right now, deposited $60 so far..lost a hand, got me on tilt so I'll quit for the day.
I trapped this guy good too..perfect bet on the flop to get the idiot to raise..Almost reraised on flop but thought he had like king ten or something and would fold. Turn gives him more outs but come on..let me win one time

Posted by padod: why did u flat kall the turn thats were u went wrong you should have moved all in
Hmm. Opponent had allready moved all in. He could have reraised on the flop. At that point he was at least a 2 to 1 favorite. But expert play by the opponent all-in with 12 outs with one card to come.

That was a really bad beat. Ive seen them a lot nothing to do. You cant protect your self against runner runner. And as my boss always says the last idiot isnt born yet. But if you Keep playing like that you will sure win in the long run. At a higher stake table you would have won that hand after the flop.
that was indeed a bad beat and i got to agree with m1rk4, very nice job quitting. it's hard to quit when you're going tilt, but in the end it's better. hope you catch your luck the next time .

Was not really a bad beat. If the money had gone in on the flop, yes than it would been a bad beat. So the opponent just hit one of his outs. Happens in poker. Lesson learned: Never slowplay a set.

Thanks guys. Don't know why half the table left, maybe they were losing too much money to me
shokaku, maybe you're right I don't know. Straight draw is possible, maybe he had KJ but gave the opportunity to trap himself. Backfired
Anyway, played a little bit today. Lost $65 pretty fast playing too many hands and bluffing. Tightened up and was winning until I lost $34 pot with kings
Anyway, finished today with $616 and cashed out $450.

This last, KK hand, is not much of a bad beat as it is a "bad read" hand. As I see, you were both blinds and you both were thinking that other guy is bluffing and is trying to steal a pot. He did have some outs to hit on the flop, but he over bet it way too much. I`m guessing he had you for AK or AQ. One of the reasons why I am playing FL on low limits.
Well, one good player less on action poker. I think it's a good idea to stop. Perhaps you could cash out not all the money and play lower limits and grow easily. Anyway good job.

Hey guys, I played a little bit at Action Poker. I'll share a couple hands(nothing special).
So, I played at 2.5 hour session tonight. Started with $190 and finished with $268, I lost $17 on the last hand I played where my Queens lost to Aces. $78 profit is pretty good. I was lucky tonight, I didn't receive any bad beats and I won a few coin flips.
I haven't played since Jan. 1st. I will continue my poker challenge starting Feb. 1st but for now, I am working off a deposit bonus at Action Poker. I had 30 days to work off the bonus but I have left it for the last 24hours. 300 points I need to complete bonus, my goal was 150 tonight, another 150 just before time runs out. So I actually finished with 158 points and a lot better night than I thought it would be even though I got discounted on 2 big hands which I was value betting..One hand, I had Ace10 and it was 10 high board. I got disconnected just before value betting and I didn't even get to see the other guy's whole cards. He told me he had jacks but I don't believe cause he played the hand so weak. The other hand, I had kings and value betting the river than disconnected.
