I am surprised that they were able to see the numbers in advance,surely that would be the one thing they could guarantee would not happen.In the UK the sales are stopped an hour or so before the draw happens.

Another interesting news after Serbian lottery scandal last year. Very annoying that random numbers couuld be declared in advance. Customers cannot trust these lottery companies with these conditions.
------------ On the other hand how we trust these companies as most of them over the world use quite similar systems and RNGs with quite similar security standards I think so who can guarantee that your country is fully clear and not affected by things like this.
