Completely wrong attitude. The people at the support hotline are the last persons, that could change the bonus policy of a casino or a poker room. No point in getting angry with them, they don`t make the decisions.

You should know better with casinos and their offers. In this case it as free spins which you didnt get. But if you had, and won something you were never gonna get anything, unless depositing.
Your behavior though was bad.
