who`s referral code did you use and i just looked at the bankroll page for Action poker where it is clearly stated that you need to use download link without the code.

Yeah I did that and I put the deposit code in the cashier like asked and apparently it wasn't linked support won't help so I am asking Action Poker who seems to post in here often
i had the excact same problem! can someone please look into this? i was really dissapointed when my request was rejected even though i followed all instructions carefully

How is it starnge we provide the links for BRM and people must sign up via them, to date i have credited over 3500 players from BRM so I must be doing something right......
For the guys that have posted above please contact support at BRM they will help you out and if you have not been tracked theer are ways around it.

No I dont think I am good and at no point did I say I was good.
Please dont be offended but you really have no idea what you are talking about, the tracking we have provided works 100% i can not confirm how the above people have signed up, but I know if you sign up the way BRM ask then you will be tracked.
