The Newly-signed St. Louis Cardinal reliever, Seung Hwan Oh, was fined by a Seoul court of 10 million won ($8,300) for breaking South Korean gambling laws for gambling heavily in Macau.
According to spokesman Joon Young Maeng, the country also fined Oh's ex-teammate and former Chicago Cubs pitcher, Lim Chang-yong, with the same amount.

Seems like a fair deal to me. The 'law' is clear about it. Don't lose your money in these scummy foreign casinos, lose it in our designated local scummy casino. So you gambled around 40 million won ($33,000) in 2014 in a Macau casino. We want our share of 10 million won ($8,300). Go f*** yourself.

If casino`s keep pushing more and more insane law`s in their favor, what will happen with no doubt in my mind, will be, they will lose in the long term, people will always find a way to gamble and pay no tax`s on their profits, and some casinos will adapt to those players just to bring in some profits, what casinos dont seem to get, is that all governments are also working against them and not just the players/gamblers, when u have those leeches on your back they will suck u dry... We are blessed at the moment in my country, coz our government are all digitron generation, have no clue, beside a push for a laws by a greedy private corp, who organizes games of luck and scratch cards and lotto, that got crushed in government house, due to how ignorant were the politicians on this subject, but even if the law was to be passed, no change would have happened, just like any other law they push in, but dont enforce coz it costs alot of money to put the whole infrastracture in place, plus we dont have the people with exact skill set to do the job, which like any greedy government dont want to put up, they just want to collect

Limited gambling sounds good rather than prohibit gambling at all, but a lot illegal gambling like in my country . But monitoring their citizen gambling at foreign ...wow.. must be a lot of work. Well done they can do it !! is possible monitoring all of their citizen ? lol

There only one option in this one and its the Nationals as there is huge difference between those two teams here. Nationals have the edge hands down when it commes to hitting average as their whole teams is doing just fine right now
