I think you have to put bridge game at pool callie that's mind game like chess. I was play chess first - then bridge which I so enjoy to play it. cause bridge need partner ship and we didn't meet mate time to play cause of work , family etc. So I play poker is individual and mind game.

My first introduction is a mix between bingo and rummy....followed by chess. My mum taught us all how to play rummy and we had many long evenings of playing cards at the dining table. she was also partly responsible for the success of the church bingo session on a Monday evening where We used to run a sweet stall..... Crazily, the proceeds and profits went to the church!

Many games actually. Mainly card games. But from the above its more like backgammon. Although here we have three different variations of this game played as a "whole". Playing backgammon only game after game is pretty boring.

Strategy games is what got me in to poker, not that i like the strategy poker has to offer, but i was killing time while w8ing for players to gather until we could play 5v5 dota, and in the mid time i played poker, and it took of from there, where it was a fun game for a long time till i decided to invest more time and effort in to the game to get better at it, still i have a long way to go
