There are some delays with the specific bonus. Admin in another thread said will try to credit the accounts as soon as possible. So all you need to do is, more patience and you will get it after all Good luck with your new bankroll, when you get it
Somehow things are not going very fast in PP. I uploaded my personal image for on the tables, like 2 months ago. I am still playing with the default picture I am going to send the customer support maybe an email, today or tomorrow. So if you have some other complains, I can list them up for them..

Having a default image in your avatar isnt that big of a problem. Waiting for quite some time for your bankroll there though, it is. But this also says more on the speed things work in party poker. Who knows, some time they may join the new age and do things faster

They are cutting down on staff like any other corporation trying to boost their quarter market of their shares, first thing to go is the support, well not entirely but gets cut down to 1 guy who has to address every issue players have with their software, and the poor guy has like 3 kids, he has no choice cant quit, and u connect the rest of the story or mb some of u will recognize him/her self in this story and thats the hard truth on this matter.
