The Irish, it's always nice to see this combo turn up right in front of your eyes. It is traditional that the royal flush does not normally bring much in terms of a big win, but I was wondering what you thought about your river bet sizing? Do you think that a different bet size could have enticed a call and therefore more winnings for you?

Yeah very nice flop. Bad thing just one player involve and seems he didn't get flush. I agree with damosk @ maybe check on river is better, give him chance to bluff. He called your raised, should be have something and any possibility he would defend his investment.

Congratulations on your hand. What more can be said. probably this hand is the one that gets less paid from all other winning combinations. From the few times i had it, either it was ting games or tournaments never managed to make a good profit out of it.

Yup it is very nice to see this kind of hand but with the board cards unless the other guy have a flush it is almost sur that you will not make much out of it.
The other day i got a straight flush and the other guy had a nut flush this is a lot different than your hand and i made a very nice pot out of it.
