Reggie Tucker, a former NFL wide receiver for the Cleveland Browns has withdrawn over hundreds of thousands of dollars from Cleveland charity to pay for his Las Vegas gambling debts as well as pay for his personal expenses. Well, he played for the Browns (aka. the factory of sadness) - that is all you need to know about him and his troubles.
Altough he is really not that sharp considering that gambling in vegas has a paper trail forwarded to the IRS about every goddamn wager over a couple thousand's treshold limit.
