A question because I do not understand To play the PartyPokerfreeroll 5 points I have made and let me play or I have always 5 points discounting me every time I play this freeroll Sorry for my ignorance but I'm new in the room and still not very good as are the tournaments

it will cost you 5 points to play I believe,but I remember that there was a points requirement that needed to be met before you could,I do not know if that has to be done as well.
The buy-in is 5 points. So every time you want to play, it will cost you 5 points. There are no restrictions on how many points you gathered in the past week or month.

I could not collect 5 points this week and I can only $ 1 dollar in my PartyPoker account so I'll have to settle for playing only freeroll giving 5 tickets for $ 109 Anyway game on Friday in a similar freeroll Titan who invited me to give tickets for $ 70 euros and almost always every month is going well

It's pretty straightforward really. If you have 5 PartyPokerpoker points left in your account you can play. If you haven't, you can't. But if you build up more points and exceed five then once again you can play. Having party points does not impact on your ability to play at other sites and not do you require money in your account.
