Another day playing the BRM leaderboardfreeroll. Very early blind are 25/50 and my stack the lower with 2,325. I am on the button with K K i have two limpers in front of me plus SB and BB so i raise to 300 the SB and B B fold and the to limpers call. The flop come Jh 9c 4c the first one check and the other one shoved and i called. see result in screen shot.
Should i i think it is the best to do. I just went to see i went out 319th. and the one who did went out 312th.

I on the other hand could easily be in first still. had the chip lead most of the first hour or so and then lost a couple of stupid plays by me. didn't crush my stack to much though as i was so far ahead of everyone else on table.
Sitting 11th currently at the second break with only 27 more to go till the cash portion of the tourney begins. With 38 BB's still i can make some moves with only 2 other legitimate stacks to worry about on my table. Wish me luck boys.
------------ BS guy calls my A K with A 9 and hits the flop. Out on the bubble 31st. should've folded to make money but I knew I was stronger then him. Wow bubble really sucks when you are near top whole time. This one will take a bit to get over.
Stupid me for not folding preflop or just unlucky me ?
I'm going with the first option more than the second. If I had just played AK the way i had earlier in the game i would've gotten away from it. oh well learning experience and a harsh one at that. at least it was only a freeroll and not for some major coin. Then i might have to kill myself hehe.

I saw you and IQA bubbled, only me and Ingrind of the forum regs ITM this time I was sorry to see...
Finished 8th out of 367 for 2.05 points on the leaderboard; I could have easily finished a few places higher (waiting for two short stacks to bust), but I was going for the win, so I took my chance. I'm okay with it.
I think I may have gotten some of the luck that you are lacking, Pinotte...

They are small freerolls. So maybe you should change your play to an all in with such pairs, trying to kick some of them out of the pot. But again the callers with A and any kicker are way too many
Well I guess I will start the leaderboard like a week late... Finally a party leaderboard and I was away when it started Looks like we lost the 109$ ticket freeroll though?
If lady luck and mister volume are on my side I will finish in first place or not.

Hmmmm.....really bad luck pinotte. You play well but your opponent shove just hit third button, really donk. But luck factor too dominant for you few days later, maybe problem like this support T3ddyKGB opinion

I am loosing also on stars playing fifty/50 which i usually do pretty good now can't win play zoom also lose surely i am in a downswing. However sometime i play very bad specially on zoom.

me too... yesterday i lost twice with QQ to AA on PS. both hit trips on flop, slowplayed to river. after i pull out a huge bet he moved all-in and somehow i had the feeling "hes got aces", unfortunatly i was right 2nd time was nearly the same. AA preflop all-in lost to AKs, JJ and once to a donkey who moved allin with 28o after my reraise...horrible. lucky i won on weekend some big pots, so im break even. most annoyin is that all happened in a short time of play.

My aces got cracked and a lot of times this tourney can be something of a bingo yes. I also register always too late, so getting a nice stack in the start is something that can also help.
Keep on grinding and try not to be upset about it, cause I also do that too much.... Don't worry, be sharky!

i thought the leaderboard was for 10 days and was getting annoyed it wasn't updating and I would not be on it. now I see its till end of may, I will try and keep up with it

I have seen many members here saying that they have lost in zoom pinotte, so if you are on a losing strike, definitely dont try your luck there. play some omaha h/l games for a change and do a couple 1$ buy ins, hit and run

How many i.dio.ts play on this freeroll omg Had 11k chips for 20 minutes ,and lost with KK with 3 idiots in pot.I 6bet ,one with shitcard raise to 5k,second and third to 10k with 78 or something like that and 4th monkey got straight on river.I got near 3k,and wait to go alin i cant played after that and some another monkey call with j8. So faking frustrating,this is not a poker.I forgot to say before KK i wait long time becouse they bet raise with anything,i cannot called nothing .

PINOTTE. As you appear (in your own words) to be on a downswing, walk a way from poker for a few days and recalibrate your mind. Play some other game where money is not involved. I find playing 10/10 is a great way to regain my focus and play until I get a new high score, then return to poker refreshed and refocused.
