Hi guys, I'm pretty new to this site and have to say I think it's brilliant!! Ive played poker online for a while now but am starting to take it more seriously. I want to create a e-wallet but have no idea about them. Any advice on which to go for would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

I think Neteller is the most accepted by the pokerrooms but maybe moneybookers is equaly accepted now. Both work well, easy and free to create account but after some time you will need to validate by sending photo of ID and utillity bill. The fees for withdrawing are a bug though, 2,5% no max + 10$ (Neteller)

I would recommend you t to take a look at the Moneybookers first because i think that UK is country where you can withdraw money from Moneybookers account without or with minimal fee. There is a chart in FAQ section. Neteller is present on some bingo sites where Moneybookers is not.
I think you made the best choice as moneybookers fees are almost none. I also use moneybookers and never had any problems with them. They also have a good support. See you at the tables man and wish you good luck with your deposits. One advice - clear the free gift at Party Poker, it's the easiest way to earn fast 50$... You will need about 1h of play...

To avoid currency conversion fees it is best to have multiple e-wallets. One on every major currency. There are enough options to cover euros, dollars and pound sterling.

I have to recommend Neteller. Maybe a bit expensive. But with their prepaid card its my absolute favourite. If the poker room is somewhat fast with payouts you can have your money almost the same day thats nice

shokaku, that's a good idea. Do you have ewallets in different currencies? I wouldn't mind having an ewallet in CAD, USD and Euros but only have one in CAD.

Can you give more info like how you'd set it up?
I have Moneybookers and Neteller for $ and Click2Pay for Euros. Maybe not the best setup. You should look at the 2p2 forums. They have a thread dealing with ewallets for Canadians over there.

Most are free if not all, so open a few as some sites dont like certin methods, Neteller seams to be the most excepted and normally lets you make small deposits if you want, so you can join them tourns without having to put $50 in to play a $10 game. Also Neteller will be changing its name soon but i forget what to, GL
Depending on the country you are in, you might need to decide what deposit methods you are going to use and also how are you going to take money out. I use both Neteller and Moneybookers, but I have taken money out through neteller by using their supplied debit card.
Yep. This is the one i have seen there. Hope it helps.
Ya, it helps thanks. It says clicktopay Can $ only. Is it a mistake? I sent them an email..I wonder if Moneybookers can change my CAD account to USD because I don't think any pokerroom deals in CAD

Click2Pay offers accounts in Euros. I have one. If they do so outside of europe is the question. You have allready used your moneybookers account? I guess they will ask you then to close this one and offer another one with USD as currency.

Ya, Click&Buy said they deal in Euros and USD but I think I'll be happy with just changing my Money Bookers account to USD since most pokerrooms deal in USD. I sent Money Bookers an email, hopefully its possible but I wouldn't want to change yet cause Canadian dollar dropped to 83cents to 1USD where back in November $1.10 Canadian = $1 USD.
