I deposit there there two times with some promo codes,with first code i dont get anything because i dont finish requrements which i didnt know that must to do it and that chat girls is so bad to help u exept u wish to deposit ,than they r gentle. With second i got free 111 € which is not even bonus,bonus must be half of 111 ,56€ which u must earn.I earned 56 but need 30x to unlock them which is imposible with there games slots.Never write ur progres in unlock bonus like i have on stars.Live chat girls is diisaster,they only know to to ofer deposit bonus and go away and finish chat,so rude. You are right the chat customer services of 888 is not very good i tried it a few times and the girls chatting could never answer my question unless it was for money or they did know nothing i was talking about.
The best way to have an answer is by phone where you can talk with someone that know their products so you can get an answer.
To me i never take casinobonus because i think it is to hard to unlock an you can spend a lot of money trying it.

if there is no progress for your play through in the software, try to get an approximate by counting how many times you have played It will be helpful since you want to be updated often and i doubt they will keep updating you, via chat or emails.
