I would like to ask whether I can play at Party Poker with your password even though I did not deposit on the poker I've tried several times to register but I keep getting asked to throw a deposit can someone explain to me how to find a tournament to register

You need to deposit first in order to play real game and tourneys!

It is their policy, since they started i guess. You can open an account any time, but you are not allowed to play in freerolls unless you deposit. And there is no need to play with your deposit. You can withdraw any time you like, making it not a big issue, if you want to join their games.
