either you hit "ctrl + print" or you get a small screenshot tool. most of them are only a few kb´s big. just google for screenshot tools and look out for those without adware.

If you are running under window 10 or 7 you have a scree shot tool just make a search or google it and you will find where to find and use it. Very simple.

They did not respond until now? I had something similar with Spin the wheel in last promotion. But not with a big prize. 2 nights in a row, After 12:00 AM , when it reset, tried to spin the wheel, i won a prize but then it said that the page it doesn't work. Then i closed it and in the morning tried again. I hit the "You didn't won" thing. Next day, same after 12:00 AM tried it didn't worked like the day before. Kept doing it, always won a prize, but again with "The page is not working" something like that. And in the morning tried again and it worked, won something. I sent them an email with this problem and they gave me 2 prizes that i won those nights. It should give you the $12.5k to that live wsop ticket. You won it, they must have it in their software, it should appear there. I mean it should be in their logs.

The easy way to get a screenshot is by hitting the PrtSc key on on your keyboard, top right of it. It works no matter what edition of windows you have. After you hit the PrtSc, open the Pain program. Paste and save.
