I realy don't understand. BRM ( if they pay money for first 30 players of Party PokerLeaderboards since June 2nd) should make some contact with PP support and get any answer, so that they can give us some answer. I'm not mad or angry or desperatly need that money, but this is not what i expect

admin said in another thread that they have already made the request for payment to party poker. Probably the delays are from them. Nothing unusual with promotions in party. There are a bunch of threads over the years, for this problem
can someone of the moderators of the forum to contact support PP and finally to find out when the money comes? it took 2 weeks. wrote in support of PP - they responded that it resolves the website from which the leaderboard.

Yeah i read somewhere on this forum the admin said, they have already made the request for payout, but PP sill haven't done it, the tournament on the other side is easy to make, but the payout of the top 30 or what ever it was, is gonna take a bit of time, since they have to go hand by hand, player by player, and giving the exact rewards, plus on top of that, the emails, back and forth, back and forth between BRM anD PP, i think thats, what is going on a the moment on this topic.

I politely contacted Party Poker 2 days ago saying that BRM wrote on the forum that they gave PP the leaderboard results the day after the leaderboard ended. PartyPoker sent me an email to inquire with BRM??? I dunno

luksak, I don't know how many people partypoker has employed in their support, but you can't expect every one of them to know what is going on between us and our contact person at partypoker.
Guys, just have to wait. What support PP not up to par you know it is not PS . Jerry from support responded to the mail, it will ask the PP to expedite the process.

fair enough. Sorry, I just assumed that since it was posted here that it appeared that it was in PP's corner that PP would not just say contact BRM, that is all. my mistake?
Hello. In "Footy Forecast" I won a ticket for a Sit & Go HERO $3 which is valid until 21 June 2016. But for some reason it is not active. Please explain why it is not active??? I took 1st place in the leaderboard from The BankrollMob website and, accordingly, the first place I won a T$120. The campaign was held 21марта 2016 may 31, 2016. On the website of the BankrollMob admin said on June 2 informed you about the termination of an action and asked you to calculate the players according to their places in the leaderboard. Tournament dollars ( T$ 120) is still there on my account. I would like to clarify with you, when I will be credited to my account as tournament dollars??? My nickname on PartyPoker kent8911. Thank you in advance))). Such a letter I sent in support of PP. Let's see what they will answer...

I just look at my Party Poker account and yes the T$ was in my account. I don't know what happen for this long delay of getting the prizes but now it is there and are happy of this ending.
