Nothing much. Just trying to be relaxed, bu listening to music. Sometimes even watching a movie while playing, but not always the best option, since you can get distracted at some point, missing your turn to play
but I wonder if people have special drinks or if they eat their supper in front of the PC. If they play mobile while sitting in the metro or whatever.

yes, watching stuff get me distracted, so try to prevent that. But it is hard if you follow certain series.
I almost always have the TV on. Usually sports, or something I don't really have to pay attention to too much.
On occasion, when I'm very tired, I sleep in between hands and the 5 minute break, and use the time-out beeps to wake me up again (which almost never fails)...

This is not so much of an ritual, but superstitious. Whenever im running good, and push my screen by mistake, i always put it back to where it was. And when i lose i blame myself for moving the screen . I know it sounds dumb, but i have OCD, so its hard not to

yeah that's the ocd story that i would like to hear. There must be more people with these kind of neurotic behaviors.
btw do you also have certain hands you don't watch when all in, or other stuff like that?

when I play MTT I often turn on the music in the style of a ladder ... and I feel comfortable to play in such a situation ... and when I play I usually play the SNG in silence to concentrate fully on the game ... and it is very important for me, so how long after the game in the SNG I start playing wrong and lose a lot ... so here is my game pieces

etna some times i do the same with all ins. I look away and turn just to see the final outcome. Not a regular thing, and i do it only when my hands are bad, but at some point you need to go all in.
marqis i dont understand how you can sleep between hands. You are one of the lucky people sleeping in a flash.
