I reduced number of tables to 2 for now. I feel like i'm playing bad and just clicking buttons with 4 tables up. I'm sure I could get it done even playing like that but my goal is to improve at cash games and make some profit on side not just go for promotion money, so i decided to reduce table numbers at least until i get used to game.
Yesterday I ended playing only 3k hands and being down 15$. Its not too bad but I felt I played bad and I probably run above expectations.
Game seems to be tight as virgins vagina. People are playing fit or fold mostly and you almost never see all ins preflop and that kinda annoys me.

Good start though, break even gives you big profit from cashback.
I was aiming for 100k hands but have now drastically changed my targets.
I am on such a bad run I haven't had a winning day and am crashing into everything. Everytime I get kings I run into aces, when I get aces a flush beats me, etc etc. I am approx. $150 down after 9000 hands. My target now is to play 1 or two tables, just stop losing and make the initial $150 back from the bonus. I will be well ahead of hands needed to be played and will then decide to either cut my losses or go for 60k hands. If I start to run better I may go for the 100k hands but atm I am just looking to limit losses.

I have seen you on couple of tables. I will say hi when we get in hand What you regularly play? If you are ok at tourneys I would recomand you to hit tables shortstacked. I see they allow buy in for 3$. That way you will almost for sure get first bonus and its generally better when running bad since you can apply max pressure and when you lose you will lose small amount. You can even go for 3bet shoves That way 4 tabling you can get that 100k hands easy.

Posted by magatt966: Just a little suggestion: at the beginning make a couple of sessions with only two tables to get use to this format (boom cash game) you are not playing everyday, once you are comfortable go for how many you feel is profitable.

So I noticed that waiting for AK and AA doesn't pay of like it pays of at pokerstars.
I bleed too much when I just wait for good hands, there must be played real poker.
So I also changed my tactic to two tables, only now I have the minimum buy-in of 3 dollars each, so I can't win much, but I also can't llose much + people actually call you when you have aces or hit a 3 of a kind, because most of the time they are afraid for a large stack.

Sometimes it is difficult playing four tables at once in normal poker. Playing in fast one must be a pain. You will need two hands and mouses to keep clicking there. You are still at the beginning of this., so no harm done yet with that loss.

I cant get the chat box to stay open to speak, on fast forward it just closes on me each time I move table :/
I used to be a mtt/sng player but these days I play mostly freerolls. I buy in for either $10 or $3, seems I am losing around $20 a day regardless of the buyin.
I will get out of the slump, I am sure, I have had losses before, its just a bad run :/

Its officially terrible. At this point I'm pretty sure I dont have edge on zoom cash game. I think I'm exactly down rake, so, yea, you cant be average at game to beat it. At this point I'm looking to play 30 000 hands and get that 150$ to cover my loses. Im yet to decide what to do after that. I'm almost sure that I'm not going for 250k hands anymore since that seems too risky at this point. I dont want to lose 2 months chasing my loses instead of playing what I'm actually good at. However, I might continue playing to try to get better and go for 60k or maybe even 100k. If I see that somehow I'm getting better/luckier and that I can beat game, I might even finish whole 250k but I just dont want to commit to it and have miserable 50 days. Will keep you informed guys

All these fast zoom games etc, are what exactly their name is. Fast. Now, smoking weed, makes you slow in everything Is it really a wise decision ?
Im gonna finish this thread for sure. It doesnt need to be finished with success tho, it can be finished with busting bankroll that I set aside for this Weed acctually help me play more analytical game. I have play bunch of tourneys like that and had even better results then normal

It is better having some fun while playing for this, than being stressed the whole run. Although the stress will be minimal if you keep firing up these joints
The important thing is to win money. If you see that this is not happening, cut your losses and do what you are best at.

So guys this was failure. I busted my bankroll and I had to deposit more to finish first 30k hands. I withdraw and left only 20$. Given how good i'm running and playing it will last me 10 minutes or so. I have just run terrible. Amount of hands that my opponents were hitting was just amazing. I think I lost around 100$ playing AA.
Thank you for an insight in your grind session at prtypoker.
I have a few questions about the gameplay you used. Do you call any hands? I never do that and that is where I lose a lot. (if I call with a decent hand).
What I also noticed is that people tend to make "money" by stealing blinds and stealing blinds of BB who call the bet and check and have probably nothing.
My experience with a low buy in is that people rather call my nuts compared with a high stack.
What is your range?
I have a few more questions but the rest comes later.

I tend to change gears a lot. Probably have played on loose spewy side. Especially after losing bunch of pots in row. I guess not calling is good strategy, maybe only calling with set mining hands.

It looks like you have been having some terrible luck and we all feel your pain. When good hands keep getting beat it ruins your confidence and, in my opinion, bad decisions can be made. I hope you can turn your fortunes around
