Yes, not being sharp is something like being "dumb".
the problem is that you lose focus at some point. For example if you play chess, you are so focused on one thing, that you forget about your queen not being covered and than you will lose that piece.

Being slower while under the influence doesnt make you dumb Its perception . If there is no need being 100% sharp in a specific moment of your life why not. Alcohol is better than grass right? lol One example, never heard anyone smoking pot complaining for a hangover next day
