Isn't he had a truckload of gold already? Why not rooting for somebody from the UK instead? Adam Peaty not good enough for you?

Russia sent 436 athletes to the last Summer Olympics in 2012. As of today, only 271 Russian athletes had been approved to compete in Rio. Russia will now have a smaller delegation of athletes than 11 other countries, which will be a big game-changing factor.

This is what i love about the Olympics, the wide range of sports, that you would never ordinarily watch, but you become totally engrossed in every four years. Bring on the sports!!

I love the Olympic Games. However I will not be watching the football, tennis, or golf. These are sports where the Olympics are NOT the pinnacle. The rest of the sports are amazing in such an event truely creating the best in the world. I will be making sure to watch all water events incl rowing, canoeing, triathlon and also the gymnastics and athletics as they are pure Olympic sports

Footy, golf and tennis shouldn't be in the olympics....... Unless it's made up of people who don't or have never played in the professional game or in a major.

is a very surprising result , I know that the Serbian water polo favorites for the gold medal , but at the beginning of the tournament they will surely get their game in the coming matches, will surely make it to the finals

If that is true i belong to the half that didnt watch it Just saw a few minutes of it from internet videos. To be honest i got really bored with it. At the end is the same things over and over again, with some variations. Better watch a movie than this

I am loving all the Olympic sports so far. I was watching the fencing for hours yesterday and, even though i didnt have a clue what was going on, i was loving every minute of it. I also enjoyed the Archery competitions as well

Aged 13 years, Nepal's Gaurika Singh is the youngest of the more than 10,000 athletes at Rio 2016. Yesterday, she came 32rd out of 34 competitors trying to qualify for the 100-meter backstroke. The result was not exactly what she had hoped it would be, but she has had an invaluable experience of elite competitions. Wishing her every success in all of her future endeavors.
