On 4th of August I received a promotional email from pokermira advertising what follow:
" Dear xxxxxxxxxx!
We are glad to our loyal players and want to give you a gift. A bonus of $1 has been added on your account. You can use the bonus until 30.08.2016.
In addition, you can double your deposit if refill your account by $5 with promo-code «5PLUS». After making a deposit you would receive $5 on your account immediately.

So I tried to deposit with that bonus code to take advantage of it but my deposit always got rejected because ...
"Your deposit was declined for the following reason: Specified promotional code 5PLUS is inactive."
So forwarded the original promoemail with my explanation of what was happening and they answered what follow:
"Poker MIRA Support team welcomes you.
Unfortunately, the validity of the promotional code has expired 08.07.2016.

Rereading myself seems like the dumb could also be me ..... maybe it's the $1 bonus that is valid til 30th of August meanwhile the 5PLUS cose has some other unmentioned expiration date

The email statements by PokerMira representatives were poorly written and misleading. I think they need to reevaluate performance levels of their staffs.

Agreed, terrible promotion, super bad customer service, and promotions that end before they started. I would never deposit on a small room like this one, personally. I'd rather build up from nothing or don't play there at all.

Yes for sure it is very clear that the $1.00 bonus is valid until the 30th. But for the deposit code they don't give any expiry date in the promotion mail.
It is a very bad way soliciting of someone for a promo and don't tell him the date of termination.
IMO that they should have make an exception and accept the $5.00 bous which is not very much it is only prove they don't care about their customer.

Probably it is like you said and the offer until the end of the month was only for the 1$ You were sent the email on 4th of August, so it was active till 7th of August for the 5$ bonus. They should have been more clear about this.
Well, they would not be the first gambling firm who's having some sneaky terms when it comes to promotional materials, but the fact that they intentionally trying you mislead with these expiry dates is just straight up shameless...

Read the conditions before depositing any money. And after you have done this, go to the online chat and ask more questions. Make sure you take screenshots, or even better recording the chat. If there is absolutely no play through for the money you need to deposit, consider it.

They don't have a live chat , they barely can handle a mailing support in English.
But to be honest I always cashed out form Mira without any issues...beside the fact that it takes and average of 2/ 3 days for the money to tough my wallet.

I thought they have a separate software for the casino. And casinos always have live chat. But it looks like from what you are saying magatt its is in the poker client. Its is good you had no problems so far. Just make sure you dont leave too much money in at any time
