This Saturday see's the welcome return of the Premier League. It should be another exciting season and it will be very interesting to see who comes out on top. For what its worth, i think that Chelsea will win the league. They are available at about 7/1 with most firms. Anybody got any strong views? I look forward to reading them

I think United will take the title this year.
Chelsea just don't have a good enough squad. Leicester was a freak result. Spurs are a little short. Gunners always fall flat. City will be there or there abouts.
Incidentally, Genting have an offer, bet £25 on someone to win the league (which you could then lay off on betfair for guaranteed break even), then get £3 free bet for every time the team wins in the league in 2016. Well worth looking at.

strong views? not really. i think the league is well balanced, means anyone can do it.
leicester is not to underestimate. no undeserved champion. most players are just unknown to most of us. they have to be good.. or at least good teamwork.
manu will be quite interessting due to the players they bought. im sure they will be one of the candidates.
arsenal? they are always good for a 2nd place but champion? dunno, they aint constant.
city? probably next year, after guardiola bought players for 500 million pounds.
well, im as smart as before...guess one of the usual suspects. one thing im sure: it will be exciting.

I think that this year, Manchester United should be the champion of the premier league , but I think Liverpool can come as no surprise , perfectly played against Barcelona , coach Jürgen Klopp is a great man and a motivation trainer

Well it's Man City again this year for me,Pep ( Guardiola ) being there just reinforces my belief as i was going for them anyway.Last season was a fluke and Leicester will not finish in the top 6,i'll take anybodys money on that. My top 4 Man City, Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal.

Good thing that the "normal" games are coming back, because the run with the olympic games is not a good one so far. Too many surprises out there. I think it worth playing a combo with few of them and whatever comes.
No matter what ill stay away again from Manchester United

Do not mentioning olympic games , a lot of money I lost betting on football , handball, basketball , every day for a few unpleasant surprises , how is possible that not once got the money betting on them
Is it back? Or it's never really went away? Even with the Euro's this year, the summer was nothing but a long period stuffed fully with news about who goes where doing what earning how much and then spending what, where etc... It's a bit funny that this whole thing is no longer about just the sport rather than the gossip which surrounds it.

you are right with this news, transfers and everything about todays football!even when transfer period didnt start, they still talk every day who will go in which team, how much money will somebody spent and so on!its not like in past, where on summer you can rest of this news and prepare on next season!
Nitpicking the first couple of results from round one I can honestly say some clubs are still left on the beach celebrating summer in their heads... Seems to me that Leicester is among them - scoring only from a penalty and doing impotent counterattacks through out their whole game. Somethings not right, Hull should not be the team which puts them on to the edge.

Not surprisingly, at 3pm today Leicester City were bottom of the Premier League..... A place where they may find themselves for some considerable time until they get it together and other teams start to fall apart. As for winning the league, this will be either a one horse race with Manchester United walking it, or it will be amazingly exciting and close.

I think no surprises this year in the premier league , rich clubs will again lead in the Premier League , only to tell you I'm not happy to play yesterday's game , I watched 4 games very bad football teams showed

well i must admit that this season looks like one that is really hard to predict... there are like 10 teams that can easily get relegated and there are 5-6 teams that can win the league and it wouldn't be a huge surprise (probably nothing would be a huge surprise after leicester last year).

Yeah, the liverpoodles ought to compete for the title too, but getting two or three goals will not help them achieve that since I am almost certain they won't score this much on many of their games either.
