Mobyroll´s blog: Will i be able to win 700$ again?  0
Well, first of all i want to explain that my english is really bad, i´m spanish and just study english a few years. If someone is able to translate this post to a "real english language" i think it would be better for all us.

Four days ago i register at bankrollmob.com, i had past some days looking for a free bankroll and this site seem the best. I joined to the Action Poker promotion and Yesterday i get my 40$ at action poker. I start playing NL6 and NL10 short stack, because my small bankroll can´t affor enter with more than 4$ (following the 10 buy in rule). I won some money faster ( about 2 hours) and go up to 100$, I have get more than 50 POP points then, at this time get the first 700 POP points to get 50$ bonus seem posible.

After diner i played again. I decide to try luck and use 10% of my roll (10$ cause my roll was 100$) and join in a NL100 table with 10$, because i want to get POP points faster to get the first 50$ bonus. That was amazing, i get some good hands and double it faster some times and 2 hours later i was seat at the same table with more than 300$ . I decide to go to bed, i have 400$ and more than 500 POPs points at that time.

This morning i continue playing NL100 and fixed 200 shortstack. I still wining $ and POPs points. I get the first 50$ and an hour later i also have the second half of the 100$ bonus. Actually i have played about 7 hours since i get the 40$, my bankroll is now biggest ever around 700$ and i have finish the first deposit bonus (1400 POP).

Some hour later i played again and become my 700$ in 7$... Aww crap!

I will still playing. Will i be able to win 700$ again?

I will write more tomorrow. I hope at least this blog seem interesting Big Smile

So you lost nearly $700 in a few hours? What happened to your 10 buy in rule? NL100 and fixed 200 means you can bring $100 and $200 to the table? I guess that means I play NL25 but I like to play 3-4 tables at once cause its so boring otherwise. So you had $200 on the table, that's pretty crazy. What are the blinds?

I had a similar story; 3 times I got to $60, and tilt it away to $5 and than quit for the day and come back fresh next day. Than I build it back up and than lose it again. Than finally I build it to $650 and than I cashed out $450 and left $200 to play some more.

Anyway, good luck getting back to $700.

That's a shame mate, I think you should have took a break in cash games & moved to MTT. This is what I'm going to do if I have that kind of luck " switching ".

Bankrollmanagement for the win. Smile With only 40 bucks it is difficult, but with your $700 bankroll you should have tried to apply it. Then you cant lose your whole money in a few hands.

As I told yesterday i had finish with 7$ in my bankroll. I saw that i have a lot of POPs points. I trade it for some $ and get around 10$. I played small limits again and go up to around 70$ before diner. After diner i still playing and won 50$ more. That´s put my bankroll in 120$. I decide to play MTTs. I joined to 11$ 1000$ guaranted. I reach the final table with more than half of the tournaments chips (55K of 98K), and i reach the HU with 85k chips and my oponent just 13K, but i lose 3 all ins (33 vs 22, AJ vs A4 and K9 vs A6) 2 big badbeats and one flip, that was bad luck, but at least i had won 240$ from second place!!. That put my roll in more than 350$. I have played some hands this morning and now it is around 400$. Nice come back!!!!! Big Smile

You must be lucky to reach $700 again. Nobody like bankroll management but still you should care about it another way you risk....

you still have no BRM at all and you will go down again ... i mean gratz for your winnings but poker is a whore and if you get too cocky she will rape you again and again and u wont be lucky all the time !

400 bucks that's a good comeback but you planned to go up to 700 bucks. Did you make it? What's your bankroll now? Good luck.
