The site lay-out looks very dodgy and I think you have got a problem, the best thing to do is try to get their personal information via the chamber of commerce of the country these scammers are located. Then the next thing you do is book a holiday and try to localize them and ring his/their doorbell. Then you ask friendly if you can have your money back in cash + travel expenses.

I have never heard of this site before. The first thing you see while googling their name is warnings So this pretty much says it all. Just stay with the big sites. These ones are only good for fun and maybe a no deposit bonus.
