I think that you need to earn more then you got,so if you opt out,they will take that money which they give you and rest of money which you earn from playing,will stay at your account!I think that this is case,but hope that somebody will confirm this!but I dont think that is problem to wager 2,5 e,so thats 25 e!just play few hands of jack or better,with 0,50 e and you will clear in 2 minute that bonus!its piece of cake!
