So I started my PP software today and I got a banner of a special promotion on Monday. However my computer froze, so I restarted PP and I didn't see the banner anymore. also the promotion is not stated at the "promotions" section on the website. Also I could not find anything under bonuses.
I've contacted the customer support but they say I had to take a screenshot and that that they are not aware of any "special" promotion.
Can someone please take a screenshot IF you also get that banner (it's only for Monday and it was not about a tournament, I don't have much more information)??

That popup came up for me as well and unfortunately no free gift as well would have been a great boost to the bankroll if they gave it to people but not this time I suppose

there must be some mistake, or the announcement of a new promotion today will finish promotion moneybag, so this announcement or some sort of promotion or a mistake, let's hope that the new promotion

I am not at home today, not for the rest of the week so I will miss out on this non promotion even if it turns into a promotion I will miss out on it. It wont be a surprise if there was a mix up in party poker. Since you contacted support and they knew nothing about it. Can the be so unaware of, what is happening in their site about promotions ? It should have been there when you got connected again.

I also had this promotion come up when i logged in yesterday morning and, when i clicked on it, it did nothing. It took me into the bonus and promotions section and there was nothing there about it, very strange
probably it was the announcement of the action and while it is not active ... and maybe it is a technical failure ... I am not surprised by this ... in PP periodically occurs some sort of technical failure ... not always but from time to time .. I had a share in sitngo Hiro ... then I did not get tickets, but they all settled down after my phone call

Crank got the screenshot you needed. He didnt manage to get that promotion. So probably some bug, or a promotion that will come soon and somehow the announcement ended up going live.
