Hi there fellow mobsters its your fellow mobbit jeffaboy here sitting at the table,
Just satted myself into a 320$ prog ko , late regged on 50/100 with a 10k stack thanks to a 22$ sat.
If any of you are interested in railing , jeffaboy on stars and ill also post updates here.
------------ Down to a 7k stack and a bad start for me , hoping i can regain some stack with a couple of proper hands.
------------ Nevermind, close to being finished , thought an opponent was bluffing against my pair of kings but he hit a set on the flop.. down to 2.5k stack
------------ Doubled up my baby stack , at 4k rn , still nothing great but still alive.
------------ back down to 2k due to a stupid play with a decent hand.
------------ And im out some fucker calls me with j10 off and spikes a jack vs my 5's
Yeah it's always annoying when the coolers and bad beats happen in the big tournaments with big stack you rarely play. But in tournament poker it's all about keeping a positive attitude and hoping for the best when you put your life on the line. Personally I tend to either build a big stack (100+ BBs) or lose quite quickly in MTTs but in a tournament that big I would probably brick and play like a nit

Sometimes in these tournaments, you can never ever get going and you just know that is not going to be your day. You seemed to have got very unlucky in a few crucial spots so you shouldn't be too hard on yourself. Better luck next time

Jeffaboy. Well done on making the game through a satellite and unlucky with how your game went on this occasion. Keep the faith and learn from what you did in this game to progress to the next tourney you play in. Don't be downhearted and remember that every game is a learning game that will help you in the future.

Thats nice to win a entry for this big tourney with a $22 sat. And perhaps you have more luck next, you Need only one good run in this Kind of tourneys for a big big winning. And to win a qualifier was a good motivation for the next try...

You had a bad outcome, but at least it was with a satellite ticket. Low pair there so wasnt that hard for an over one You can try again getting another one and participate again. Cant you? Better luck next time.
