There must be a lot of this going on in the gambling world and, whenever there is money to be won, it will continue to do so. I am glad that these two were caught because i cannot stand cheating in any form

hahaha Pochui I have no idea what swindling means either. It's normal english isn't our first language but we're good anyways So, swindling basically means extortion, deception, hoax, rip-off, scam ect...
I have no clue where the virgin islands are in the united states but whatever, these scammers usually don't get far if they know who has committed it.
Swindlin' is basically just doing something - legally not so pure - for the sole purpose of hustle money out of somebody or someplace which otherwise would not give that to you that easily. That is all my folks.
