DuckPoker does not respond to emails [suspended account]  +1
Good afternoon, could you help me with an issue?
I won 45 euros in a tournament of 1.10 of DuckPoker, and after that, they suspended my account, and sent me an email: "send documents for verification".

I sent you a proof of address last month, and a copy of the ID. That's been 5 days, and so far, I have not gotten any response.

I sent a message to support, to the cashier, to facebook (and they delete my messages).

Are they messing with me? What can I do for them to respond, or do I go after my rights?

Thank you, and I await. Aww crap!

It is not the first time we hear complaints about this site.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do here. Any of us.
You will have to try by yourself. Try the gambling authority they are operating under,
but dont have high hopes about it.

These smaller sites are a big headache. Duck Poker I had a similar problems they froze my account when I did cash out it took three weeks to get with an extra unexpected fee then I closed my account. Poker Minds another new smaller site owed me Dollar 100 I never got it on another forum they owe some people over 1K closed up shop take the money and run. Stick with the big sites and rarely you will have any problems along with fast no fee cash outs. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

I agree. Small rooms often have similar problems with the verification account. And it usually happens when you order a withdraw. With a Deposit no problem
Big Smile Big Smile I'll be honest - I'd just leave the money did not spoil their nerves. And would run from there

not really size that matters, although ladies can argue with me on this, really it's all about the owners, the management- if you recall UB/absolute poker, then full tilt went down and they were really big rooms at that time, so you just have to understand that any room at any time can go down, and you have take this risk on if you play online.

I also had problems with duck poker, suspended account and everything else!and yeah,if you deposit money, everything is fine, but if you want to withdraw money from no deposit offer, then you have problems!on big poker sites you dont have problems to withdraw money, even you didnt deposit!

Unless you are getting good offers and returns from smaller sites i dont see the reason risking,
playing there.
And of course another important factor is the number of players they have.
Most of the times you cant find a table to play.

I had an issue with DuckPoker back in late 2014. People might have thought that I was being lunatic or paranoid, but it turned out that I was absolutely right.

Here are my threads:
Rake Requirement (DuckPoker)
Criminals (DuckPoker)

duck poker is fraud. I have one deposit and one withdrawal. Good for the first withdrawal. But for another withdrawal 300 euro moderator suspend my account for documents verification. Wtf is that after documents, deposit and withdrawal duck poker ask again documents. I sent few emails 4-5 with my documents but duck poker no sign and my account is suspended(8 or 9 months) with 421 euro bankroll. Misery camera poker and this moderator and boss need in jail my opinion

It is evident that DuckPoker is not making tons of money and the business has been running on a close margin for over three years. It is quite surprising to me that DuckPoker has not been shut down yet.

Nothing much you can do about it. Just try to get in touch with them, and then
file a complain. Not that it helps though.
In most cases they do nothing, and it depends where they are based.
If for example they are in costa rica, just forget about it.

As it seems to me a long time ago it turned out that Duck poker is a scammers ... I'm really surprised why this poker room still works .... maybe they still pay some of their winnings to some players or somehow circumvent the law? .... But of course it's a shame that they are still working

he is talking and created this thread about duck poker not stars. you probably shared accounts i dont know but i dont think stars would bann you without evidence.

as for the thread maker:

duck support does not answer me for almost 1 year now and i am sure the they are somehow still activate because of the FBook and website updates.

i won almost 500 euros in their free tournaments and its impossible to meet the points requirement (i think they want me to earn more than 2000 points in order to cash out that freeroll money lol) because there is no traffic at all and you only get points for duck only cashgames and not for the sng´s and mtt´s that they share with the WPN network. i also posted about the problem in the WPN thread here:

http://www.bankrollmob.com/forum.asp?mode=thread&id...

post nr 114 is where i started the discussion. WPN tried to help and sended email to duck but they also got no answer. in my opinion WPN is in on the scam because they share mtts and sng´s with duck and if you win money from WPN players the money goes basically into ducks hand because no one can cash out. duck and WPN should find a solution together and let us duck players transfer our bankroll over to ACR or black chip poker or whatever network on WPN to be able to play for those points.

sidenote: i sent them my documents arround little less than 2 years ago, had 1 successfull cashout and my acount is still active. however they stopped answering to my emails after that.

in the end its fair to say they are a total scam and if you hate money you should deposit there.

"FINALLY! An online poker site that Puts Players First:"-the slogan from the duck website. one of the best jokes i heard in years.
Aww crap!

Misery this duck poker. Same like you i have one deposit one withdrawal. For second withdrawal my account is suspended. I sent the documents and nobody speak with me. The account 8-9 months suspended and need to speak with police i think for this fraud. The freerolls with money of mark zuckerberg and duck poker stole his money. 500 euro your money, 421 euro my money and the list goes on

Yeah I remember that! At the time they were paying out and answering my emails within one week. But after like 2-3 weeks later their support looked like it was completly dead so I just cashed out and stopped playing there. Didn't feel safe investing time grinding there because it could close anytime, but I did cashout 3 times so I can't really complain about their services... Just very slow and weird support (probably only 1 guy answering mails)

we can just hope that all players will stop playing there and that new players wont make account at duck poker!this is sick what they are doing and even you give them every document and even you deposit money, they block your account and dont want to payout players!

Before joining a site, a small research about it, isnt a bad idea.
Saves you from troubles like this, time spent playing there, and even money spent,
by depositing there.
We want many sites of course to keep the competition running, but we need to be careful also,
on were we play Smile
