This week, Comedian Kevin Hart has just lost over $300,000 playing high-stakes poker. Despite the tremendous loss, he's still overall fortunate because he can afford it, as last year he had earned $87.5 million, and according to Forbes magazine, Hart was the highest paid comedian of 2016.
Hart must have learned something interesting since playing poker with Bilzerian last year, because earlier th[...] Read more » Comedian Kevin Hart lost over $300K on his first foray in high-stakes live poker tournaments

It must be nice to be able to enter these High Roller events and not worry about losing multiple buy-ins. Kevin Hart is one of my favourite comedians and it will be nice to watch him at the tables, his table talk must be very funny
for such a wealthy man, this loss is not more than a small failure ... zoto he cheerfully spent time and played an interesting game ... I do not think that he was very saddened by what happened but because of his profession, he may use it for jokes on himself

Wow. Did he make $87.5 million last year? That is an insane amount of money. So, $300,000 is probably like a pocket change for him. Considering that he is still 37, there will be plenty of opportunities for him to accumulate wealth.

It seems like he performance in poker was exactly the same like his last stand up comedy show. The worst he has ever done, and one of these you can say that the ticket money was a waste If the next one is the same he will start going downwards.
Hehe! I didn't even know Kevin Hart was Canadian, thought he was american for sure
Earning 100 millions in a year I can see why he doesn't care about 100 000$ buy-ins. But having money doesn't make him a good poker player. Seems like a pretty smart dude, but trying to go in there and bully these pro poker players is just not gonna work. You have to just play by the book and be creative sometimes with bet sizes and marginal spots.
This guy could also visit the BRM page for some nice free bankroll. Some nice no deposit options, so he basically had the chance to learn poker. but, he chose to learn poker by just play with real money. In this case real "real" money. He could also hire an army of wizkids that play poker for him. He can also donate his by-ins to a poor kid and let him play, hahaha

well no problems here, guy is taking a break and having some fun, people do all sorts of things to enjoy the moment- they climb the highest mountains, dive the deepest oceans, eat fried cockroaches wrapped up in python skin which has been previously soaking in cranberry sauce fro 2 years... that's life.
