hehe I got lucky there. But the reason why I post this hand here is because it's a very good exemple of how and why playing with position pays in my opinion. I raise this marginal hand on the button, BB 3bets but that's pretty standard in PLO, he could have anything at this point so I snap call. When the flop brings nothing for me and he doesn't c-bet I try to steal the pot but he calls. Turn gives me a set so I keep betting, full house on the river and then he tries to bluff so all I have to do is call
Well everybody plays PLO differently but I noticed a lot of people do these 3bets just to see if you have KK or AA.. If you 4bet they know you have it, and if you don't they assume you don't. They're probably never folding to a 4bet anyways, it looks like they're only doing the 3bet for information sometimes. Or because they like to click buttons Play is pretty agressive nowadays and steals/resteals are very common just like in NLHE. Also I noticed a lot of people bluff on the river in PLO, which is not something I personally do a lot. But it's an important part of PLO HU to be able to do river bluffs.
I tend to only 3bet OOP with connected/suited hands or monsters, so it's hard to put me on a range because I mix it up I wouldn't 3bet a hand like 101066 on the BB for exemple I'd rather set mine
of course you are lucky with the cards on the table and could easily answer the bluff ... maybe before that this player had a few rounds of games where he managed to win using a bluff? so he played well but ... congratulations on winning

It was indeed a very nice turn and river for you! After he 3 bet you pre-flop, i am surprised that he didnt come out betting post flop. If he had ,you would have found it very difficult to continue and he would have won the pot
I had a nice PLO session tonight, got sucked out on a bunch of times but also won a lot of pots for a 40$ profit total. If anybody likes to see PLO hands, here are some interesting hands I shared on boom player:
When I play zoom and double or triple up I always cash out and rebuy again with a 100BB stack. I don't like playing too deep in cash games because it makes me play too tight.

There were indeed some very interesting hands and the Pocket Kings v Pocket Aces one was a sick hand. You flop top set and he flops an over pair and nut flush draw, the chips were all going in on that hand!!

Man, seeing this makes me not miss the fact that I stopped playing Omaha at all It was fun at times, but now it's a "just for fun" thing for me. Great hand though, and a sweet profit! Congrats
