Hi guys. So the site said I would get initial $3 on Poker Mira, and another $5 if I upload my ID? Haven't uploaded my ID yet, but haven't received the $3 either, so wanted to ask - what gives? Will the money ever arrive? Or is uploading ID right away a must?

Almost every gambling site ask you for an ID prove,, expecially when it comes to bonus issuing to prevent abusers : I would sed them tight away if you are intentioned to play there.
About the bonus crediting: try to contact their live chat support explaining your situation, guess they will drive you throght.
At the bottom of their main page clink on "support" link then livechat / start chat

I understand the requirement for providing an ID once a user is asking a withdrawal, but asking for it beforehand doesn't seem like common practice to me, especially not when the ID is mentioned as something extra in the bonus description. I sent them an email, but they just quoted their automatic message. Will try live chat, as you mentioned, otherwise I'm just gonna let it go

According to my experience poker sites ( gambling sites in general) ask for ID providing when going to credit bonuses to prevent the same person asks multiplt times for the bonus creating many fake accounts ( and eventually losing the bonuses to their real account or to his friends accounts).
Meanwhile the reason of asking ID when withdrawing is related to antilaundering controls I guess.

I have asked such documents at 888 when my winning amount close to $ 100 ... although I did not make an application for withdrawal of money ... I guess it is now common practice for poker rooms to prevent fraud .. usual thing is nothing new

If you do it now, it will just save you the trouble later. And you will know from the beginning if you can play there and make a deposit afterwards, without thinking about what might happen, the moment you will request the cash out. Not that giving your id before hand, guarantees you wont have any troubles later

Exactly. I checked out the software, the competition, and I sincerely doubt I would play there long term, especially after the contact with their customer support which I didn't find all that helpful. Doesn't really matter because I would lose the $5 quickly anyway. Don't really know how to play on low tables Thanks for the help guys. I appreciate it

There are some delays in sites from time to time. Give it a couple more days waiting there and if you dont get any replies, then try through your personal page here in BRM, using the bonus section. They will know what is going on.

is there anyway to contact BRM of this. if theyre not giving out any bonus when it sais they are shouldn't pokermira be taken off the site then. its pretty greasy from both sides seeing as the player is signing up under false pretences. not cool.

Poker Mira is a interesting new poker site from russia and the software was ok. The first deposit was easy to clear, only the withdraw options are not so good in my opinon. But for new player their was the initial bonus verry nice.
