I wanted to withdrow my winnings from betson, and they said that I have to make deposit... ok I made deposit of 10$... then I requested cashout... they cancel it and said i have to verify my acc... and only that took more than a week... ok after all of that time my document was verified, and once again I requested cashout... and they rejected it again O.o they said I have to play for ammount that I have deposit to be able to cashout, or they take 5% of my deposit ... so i said ok take the phucking 5% of my deposit... and than I went and see that they took 3euros from my account... I dont know how is 5% of 10$ 3 euros??? I was pissed and requested cashout for ammount left, and decidet to send them mail... I asked them how is 5% of 10$ that I deposited 3 euros... and they said that they were thinking that I made deposit of 60 euros instead of 10 O.o and that is their misstake...and that is fixed... I went to my account and nothnig is fixed... still there is no 2,50e or to be precise more than that... I dont know if they will cancel this withdrow... and I doubt I will ever see that 2,50e I am starting to doubt that I will see my money from that site...

I think that you should take that money and forget about that 2,50 e!its not some amount that you need to regret,even you are right and they shouldnt take you this,but again it was free money from free bet (if I remember right) and you are in profit,so forget about this and you should just take that amount what you request on cashout!

its not 2,50e its near 3e... its still my money... and I dont want to let someone who wnats it to just take it... but ok... I let it go...
------------ so by their rule if you had 1,000,000$ on thair account... and you made deposit of 10$ and not vager that 10$... you have to pay fee of 50k$ to withdrow 1m$ all because of that 10$ O.o hahahaha and this is preaty stupid, and its pure robery

sorry, i didnt mean to make fun of you. its not about money - i also dont like to get fooled, even if its only 10cent. anyways, its common to ask you for ID proof, to deposit etc before you can withdraw. also about the vager thingy: you will come across this rule on any site if you take a "bonus".
so i dont see any scam here, except for the mistake they did, but probably will fix it sooner or later?!

I verified my ids... and thats ok... and this is not BONUS money... its my own money that I made deposit on that site, and I have to vager my own money to withdrow it... thats not ok at all...
Yeah, they made a mistake but the rest of the things are pretty standard. Verification, wagering etc... However I will never gonna understand how come they accept any kinda deposit no questions asked but when you want to withdraw they hold onto your money like you are a criminal. If you would be a criminal they certainly would not mind it since they accepted your deposit without any hassle. The hassle starts when you want your money back. Mindblowing, huh?

your story doesnt match. you said you was gonna withdraw your winnings then they asked you to make a deposit first. so how can it be your own money ? im never played at betsson but they have a good reputation. you either used free money, a deposit bonus or something else connected to a bonus to have this wager rules. you never have to wager your own money.

T3ddyKGB he had free bet,which he won on BRM christmas calendar!he wager that free bet and he wanted to withdraw money,but they didnt allow him,because he never deposit money on betsson!and then they wanted that he wager that 10 $ that he deposited! for me just big drama over nothing!he could have money in few days,now he just will have problems because of 2,50 e or even its almost 3 e!he got money from free bet,never had deposit and instead to wait his money,now they will cancel payout,then maybe back him that 2,50 e and then again need to withdraw money! who know what will happen after this!

I got 100e free bet with I had to rake 1000e which I did and had 53e profit from that
maybe it's just a technical error and everything eventually turns out? I do not play at this poker room but it is fairly well known and so many people trust him ... I think you just need to clearly explain the whole situation, and that command will understand poker room around

Are you talking about bettson or betsafe? I thought there was only a 100$ free bet at betsafe I didn't know there was that prize in the calendar at betsson.
I got that 100 euro (140 CAD) free bet at betsafe and ran it up to 385$ and still have some open bets. I requested a cashout two days ago. I was able to verify my address and my credit card and used it for a minimum deposit but they didn't accept my ID (Canadian health insurance card which is official here). They ask for passport or driver's license and I don't have these. Still the customer support guy told me I could probably withdraw my winnings without verifying my ID so I went for it. I read in the rules that you only need your ID verified for withdrawals over 2000 euros. Hopefully everything works out... If not I'll have to get a passport to withdraw I guess but that costs like 100$ for 5 years.

I don't think there are many negative customer reviews about Betsson on this forum; however, solely judging from what StheP said, the quality of their customer service representatives seems slightly questionable.

This must be one of the most frustrating things in life, not being able to get your own money. Some of these firms should be ashamed of themselves and this is why i stick to Sites that are well trusted and have always paid me out

I do not know how can such a well-known online site to do these things ,not a problem 1 or 2 euro problem is that just when you want to pull the money on your account then submit some new rules,the good thing is that you still managed to make a wager on your free bet I won 100 e free bet betsafe but I have not received my prize

You are all in wrong my brother recieved same prize on betsson and wagered all and request widhtrawal but moj deposited ewer then deposited 10€ and requested widhtrawal, but Support canceled, and they today you need to wager deposit 1 time on sport or casino and then you can widhtraw all balance, then him wagered on roulette 5€ on red 5 €on Black then widhtraw without problem. Thats problem for you no on betsson

sorry to hear about your bad experiences with bettson, the are one heck of son's it seems. now as few mobbits mentioned the id procedure is legit, but the rest of crap you received from them is just a mistake from some dude, so you can always ask for some sort of a compensation fro the stress you had go through.

as I said in previous post,too much drama about almost nothing!yeah its their mistake,they took more then they need,but you still have free money to withdraw and you just could wait for money on account!if that is prizes to get money from christmas BRM calendar and when you wager that amount,then take it and dont play again at betsson!more then 50 e without any invest and still no good!
