Th remarks that you are now posting are unfounded and not true so i strongly suggest you retrack your previous post.
Action poker is traded on the stock exchange and this being the case every part of the company is 100% clear.

We at BankrollMob vet every pokerroom we work with in a very detailed way, if there were any concerns of ANY sort, we would not be offering the room to our players. ActionPoker is a well respected network promoted by major magazines and affiliates. The user has been blocked for LIFETIME from bankrollmob. Meanwhile ActionPoker will consider pressing charges for slander and false rumors.

i think there would be no need to Take legal action against the guy. He is obviously confused about the terms and conditions of the site, which shaun, has no explained to him..
He was expressing his opinion, for granted, in not the most appropriate way. However, he was probably annoyed.
The situation is done now, All sorted, so to take further legal action against a guy who posted his thoughts and feelings in this forum, seems a little harsh.

I don't like Action Poker that much either. The only reason is not enough players play there. Peak hours 1000-1200ppl. This makes it really hard to get the bonuses as you are limited to the amount of table you can play for max profit and more. But other then that I don't see any problems. Can any1 tell me what promobucks are and how u use them ?

I wondered why was MobManager logged on to the forum. Guess this answered it. I can understand that guy is little frustrated with the fact that he is not getting what he thought he will but the way he tried to get it is way out of line. If I have issues with some site and I think I`m right, I try to solve it with poker or casino first, sometimes one have to be more then persistent to do that, and if no solution is reached then I go directly to institution that issued a license to that particular site. That is why I don`t like sites without a license.

even bonus whores have a duty of care towards sites that give us theses bonuss(poker sites, not casino sites, i h8 casino sites coolcats the worst ) anyway, ethics isnt a word associated with us bonus whores unless the word un is before it, but seriously thats just rude, the cheek of the man
I got the Bankroll and started to play and made it overr 300$.So I wanted to cashout some winnings to avoid some on tilt thing to happen. I was not sure about wether I could cash out or not.then I sent a email to bankrollmob.They said if I made a deposite its no problem.After I did so I still could not cashout.And the supported from Action Poker told me what Bankrollmob told me was wrong.
I was so surprised and decided not play anymore at ActionPoker.
Further more it happened when ppl go to tournament and can not get the POPs.
