My first 5 bonus went pretty good won three in a row heads up sit n goes good for 15 then lost the bonus. Then I got a $10 bonus no luck with this one flopped The nuts straight with J10 and lost to runner runner full house. I blame the flu which I have had for the past week cant get rid of this bug

Not a bad start for your playthrough. That full house was a bit bad there And talking about the flu, you are doing ok. I got one almost 5 weeks now, cough stopped couple of days ago but the bones still hurt. Get well soon with good results in your game
Heads up sit & goes is a good idea for sure but the rake is hard to beat in this format long term, and if you play big buy-ins heads up can be quite swingy too. That's why I prefer cash games.
