I'm Back!!!!  0
Hey boys and girls it's your boy TheIrish77. Haven't been around too much as of late due to some personal issues just over taking everything in my life atm.

Well let's get onto the reason I came here I'm back and playing some decent mtt's last night and tonight.

Finished 10th last night in a hyper-turbo out of like 900 entries and now sitting 4/61 in a turbo mtt. 99$ up top for the winner.

Here's the hand that got me near the top...

https://www.boomplayer.com/22684819_830E284FE8.

Been playing flawlessly till this point and could result in a final table.

I'll update once finished.

------------
out in 18th one spot before next pay jump A10 hit 4 flush on flop but didn't hit and gonzo. another deep run with little payout.

Story of my life !! So many missed chances over the past few months and very little to show. I need to really focus this weekend and make some headway.

Good night all.

Welcome back and its really nice to have you back. You've had another good couple of runs in these tournaments and you seem to be getting so close every time. You just need a little more luck and you will be winning these things

Glad you are back TheIrish77 I am new to this place, so i don't know you or why you were out, but I feel happy that you are back and have some good results from the tournaments to show. 18th place finish is ver good finish I think, of course when you are close to bigger money you always want to finish higher but it is a good result.

And welcome back, with another good finish.
While the money you got is nothing impressive Smile your finishing position is a very good one,
once more.
10th of almost 900 is something to be proud. And its not a freeroll Smile
Congratulations.

Good to see you back The Irish, but thought you had just hit a barren spell! Hope all is sorted in your personal life to a positive outcome and great to see you back playing as well as usual. Keep us posted as normal with your exploits and hope to be reading more about how well you are doing again. Good luck.

well yes it's true- you are back and as a real evidence of this is the fact that you have created this thread and posted in it, now without this genuine evidence we couldn't be absolutely sure whether you are truly back or just pretending to be back while in reality you are not even thinking about coming back.

Just had another good run and got It in good against villain. Finished 14th in a .10 cent turbo 360 players. Got late and heavy blinds so pushed pretty early position with QJ suited against Q8 suited then 10 hits for gutter straight and out.

More than 4x profit so that's good and after not really playing all that well needed a bit of a confidence booster. Still not feeling 100% yet and need to get my head a little better to really play.

Night all and everyone have a great weekend.

It was a good finish. Even better since you didnt feel that good playing.
No need to get stressed about it. You are a winning player with good finishes in the money.
Actually i think you have passed that level of getting stressed when playing poker Smile
with the results you are getting.

You're right Mober, Stress during the tournaments is very low for me at this point which is making it that much more fun to play.

Really wish my head would cooperate with me and allow to me to play a long day but only able to withstand short amounts on the computer screen. Haven't had a good nights sleep for almost a month now due to some insomnia issues. It's really starting to casuse some issues personally and I need to get it fixed now.

Anyone else had issues like this not really sleeping for a month ? I can get a hour or 2 max and then seem to wake up again.

STheP I'm actually a very nig big pothead so smoking the right type of weed hyasn't been the issue. I know exactly what strains help with certain body issues. Been smoking for more than 20 + years now. That's the crazy part i've tried smoking myself into a coma with some of the most potent of weed strains available and I still can't seem to sleep right. I also have alot of past Injury issues that don't allow to me to be very comfortable when Lying down so I end up staying up all the time. that's why you see posts at 5am eastern time.

Also the cold weather here in Toronto isn't very good for the bones and take a toll on me. I love the cold but it doesn't love m back
Sad

Welcome back Irish. Just remember, a little is better than none. Keep going and maybe next time the flush hits. You can only play as well as you can and sometimes it comes down to misfortune. Luck isn't always bad. As always, GL Mobbers

Not poker related but...
Most of the time atleast in my experience if you have trouble sleeping it's usually because you haven't been physically active enough in the past few days/weeks. I know it's easy to say but just something like having a dog to force you to go walking/running twice a day can really go long ways. Movement is probably one of the most important thing to stay healthy physically. Not necessarly intense exercises with weights, but simple movement. We're made of fluids and they need to move a lot more than we do sitting in front of a computer four hours ^^
