its too early that you complain about this!and you dont need to contact support!you wait money less then week,which in most case its normal!sometimes you get money in one day,sometimes in 2 weeks,but you will get money!be patient,dont accuse BRM right away!

it usualy takes up to 1 week for money to arrive, sometimes even more.... once I was waiting little more than month because of holidays, so dont worry money will be on your account soon spend it wisely

I've got money in 2 days everyone here has a different experience but the only FACT is that all get their money there is no need to worried about 'there is no need to contact anyone just be patient chill out bro
If you are very lucky you can get money the same day. I remember someone who got it in a few hours. Or it could take 2 weeks it just luck but one thing is sure you will always get your prize

you have to understand that you are in Colombia and bankrollmob staff and their safe full of your money is located in Malta- and this is quite a distance for cash to travel, therefore you must be prepared to wait and after some waiting to wait even more, until you get the well travelled cash into your account.

you probably talking about me ,my money was at my srkill account in less then 4 hours,so this was fastest payout for me in this 8 years!so maybe this is record for this site!so everything is possible at BRM!this was few months ago!

2 weeks and nothing, I recieved an answer in the begining of the last week from a support guy who told me: "later this week you get your money" and still nothing. I will see what happen on this 3rd week

Just relax im on waiting list also more than a week...You have luck last time when you cash out points and get them fast...And when dule-vu got his money in 4 hours from making request for cash out that day i also get money but only different is that i was waiting like 16 days for it

I changed my mob points mora tha one time in the last years and got the money on my Party Poker and Skrill account within some days. The best way was to ask the support when you have the feeling that you must wait to many days.

I will make my request for cashout in maybe 15 days,so will see then how fast will be money at skrill,but ofcourse that I know that money will be on account,no matter how long will take!now have more then 4000 mob points,so few post of calendar winnings and I will be on more then 5000!

I was very lucky I got money on skrill for several hours I filed a request late at night and for a few hours I got the message that money is already on my account on skrill just do not like skrill they cut a lot of money from me 10 euros they took
spend it wisely
