Dear admin / members,
first of all I was very satisfied in the past 6-7 years with BRM but I see since some month an unreasonable change in the way how things are driven.
Unanswered mails, not credited calender winnings ....
Actually I´m waiting since the 21th of last month for 5150 mob points to be cashed out to my neteller wallet. I know that I have to wait some time and things arent always going as straight as expected but its just unfriendly and unprofessional to leave customer requests open for several weeks without any personal reply f.e. ticket IDs #33427 and #33440.
Hopefully I will get my cashout soon and BRM returns to what it was fpr me in the last 7 years one of the most friendly and professional sites I ever saw.

I never had those kind of delays when cashing out. Of course after Christmas they're usually more busy but considering it's march now I don't think that's the issue here.
Very strange that they don't reply, are you sure you contacted the right e-mail address? Bankrollmob's support team is usually pretty fast for me (within a week). I've only had 3-4 experiences with them but they've all been good...

yeah me too is waiting for a cashout for an extended period of time... me guessing that either someone's forgot to go to job for like 2 weeks in a row, maybe some festival in malta or sth? or brm is on the verge of epic bankruptcy, like another black friday... or pink with light blueish wednesday.

yeah,you are totally right!and when you see that and then ask yourself who know how many cashouts he had at BRM and he still complaining!he get every prize,every cashout and now is problem in few days!

well just like tralafga (the OP) i too received my cash today, very quick ending to the situation when sirthomas stepped in with his post, kudo to him and to all of BRM now i can start planning about where to buy cannabis seeds from, also need a couple of led lights and maybe some fertilizer thingies...

hahah dule-vu you can drink beer with Pochui but will certainly not be the only beer, our friend will bring a big cigar in our country say 5, you'll have to smoke cigarettes all day you can chilling with our friend pochui
