888 are hosting a lot of free tournaments in the past 2 years I wonder if their regular player pool increased or not. A lot of people complain about fees when doing transactions with them but I have not so I think 888 is a pretty decent room in the end. Better than stars in my opinion, but not better than party!

Yeah 888Poker is in 2nd place in the Poker World just behind Stars. Poker Stars promotions have gone downhill in the last couple of months compared too 888 especially with free rolls and not so good changes to the deal. I had a recent cash out from 888Poker and paid a very small fee.

They are getting what they are after in poker stars and not interested to give more for free. Thats what happens when you have the lead on the market. If they see a curve maybe they will try to attract more, with good promotions.

Thanks Ingrind33 this was a very nice hiper turbo donk fest all in tournament... I try it to play but was out fast cant hold on flip and ofc tournament was caped on 25000 players... Congrazt to all who manage to get ITM in this one...

I played in this tourney and lasted about half an hour before I was all in against some ridiculous hand and came second in the hand and out of the tourney in about 10,000 place..... only had to hang in there till 4500 to make ten cents so pretty disappointed I missed out on that big pay day from such a huge field.

In such tournaments it is very difficult to win some money and a huge number of donkeys and fish have a chance to win a little ... I tried to win at least a little but I could not do it unfortunately .... some player with an absurd card could knock me out

Thanks ingrind to let us know about these tournaments. However a 25K entrance tournament is not for me.
I am having problem to make ITM in around 100 entrants i don't see me make ITM in so big one unless it would be all in tournament then you never know and again i played many all in one and collected only once or twice and it was small amount.
But you don't have to spend hours of play in AL-in ones.

Tournaments with so many players must have also a a bigger player field, that gets paid. With a couple of double ups, you could reach the money. They are donk fests anyway. Just be in it if you can, pick a good hand, go all in and whatever comes your way
