First off thanks for all those great Promotions and Boni you guys from the Mob provide for us i really enjoy them 👍👍👍 About the Leaderboard tourneys... Is it intended that they're 100$ guaranteed instead of added Or did 888 mess that up ?
Hey there pothead2012 we were on the same table today and we both cashed, what position did you finish? I was pretty card dead 4 handed I knew I was behind when I shoved that K10s I don't even know why I did it xD
About your thread, I also thought there would be added money but atleast the leaderboard prizes are pretty nice. the guarantee of 100$ is kinda useless since most people use re-buys/add-ons.
Yeah was sad to see you go out Bro I also did'nt make the Final table we where 4 handed I got 10's on the button made it 3 bigs Download called Flopp came 2 5 4 i raised the pot and he shoved Since he did that a lot and i was pretty sure i'm good with my 10's i called he turns over K 4 and the turn Gives him his king pretty Sick so i was out at 8th place But what can you do some People just have pocket donkeys ( luck ) still was a Nice game maybe next Time we'll make it To the FT till then GL to u2 m8
With 888poker very often there are errors .... and I'm wondering why in the leaderboard on the BRM several players who do not seem to have an account on the BRM ... it would be interesting to know why why

@ pajalnick there are several ppl who Play under a diffferent username than their mob account Name i think ur 888 Account does'nt have to be linked to BRM u just have to register ur Name for the Leaderboard but i'm Not 100% sure of that

That is now in the table all the people who played freerolls at 888? But they will not qualify for prizes? .... or in the concentration of all freerolls, people will be eliminated and there will be a correct table? Or if a person occupies 1 place not from the BRM, then the prize will evaporate?

Right, luck comes and goes. I have had my luckbox days too but you gotta get in bad spots to be lucky. Skill helps a lot obviously but when your tournament life is on the line it usually means you let your stack get too low in the first hand. Except in this case Download was big stack pretty much the whole tournament so that's obviously not something you can control... I can see why he likes K4 on a board like this but yeah, questionable play depending on stack sizes and position.
Well let's see how it goes today But i would still be interested in an answer from Admin since the way the tourneys are now it's not a 9k leaderboard when whe're paying half of that prize money and if 888 messed it up i hope they make it right even in the game lobby it says 9k leaderboard somewhat false advertisement if it's not the case
Every tourney has roughly 90 players plus rebuys and add ons theres no added prze so saying 9k up for grabs is not really true it could be a 1$ buy in without the 100$ prize pool and it would be exactly the same as it is now that's all i'm saying the 4,5k tourney prizes come from us members
Also if you take rebuy and add on into account you have a total of 180$

If i remember right it was icequeen who asked in another thread about the 888poker leader board and the total amount in prizes. BRM replied that it is 4.5k in money from tournaments and the rest 4.5k in prizes. If you check the bottom of the page referring to the leader board, you can see how much each place pays, 50 top places win cash. First one has a 750$ reward. So thats where the rest of the 4.5k is

You have a good point there, although i dont know how exactly the whole thing works. For example when it is a freeroll, BRM puts the money in. Like now that it is a buy in. But who gets the money from the buy ins, add ons etc. Is it 888poker, or BRM ? Really no clue here. Anyone knows the answer to this?

In any tournaments the prizes are paid by the entrants.
On top of the leaderboard they say $9,000.00 in prizes.
Now 4,500 plus are paid by the entrants like any tournament. There are a lot of advertisement on very large tournaments and the prizes are paid by the entrants.
Your problem here is that usually leaderboard tournaments are freeroll but this time it is different.
I don't see any problem saying that there is 9,000 in prizes.

Are you sure the prize is getting paid by the entrants? When you say entrants what do you mean exactly, the players or BRM ? Cause when you say entrants, i think you mean the players... unless i got it wrong.
I'm pretty sure that the fault lies with 888 i wish such promotions would take place on pokerstars with a decent Blind structure and standard starting stack would be much better 888 even takes rake from the rebuys and add ons and since you start with only 1k in chips you basically have to take both if you want to go somewhere
But still i don't want to come off as a greedy ungratefull donkey BRM gave me a Ton of really nice NDB's including the best one ever ( Big Bet Poker ) which sadly is no more
Like i sayed i really like this site it's just that the name of this promotion is misleading in my oppinion
