how you wanna send them money if you have a frozen bank account frozen means: you cant withdraw but you neither can send someone money. im confused lol

Coz all banks are connected to central computer brate, once u get frozen even if u open 10 new acc. in 10 new banks your acc.`s will be still frozen, thats how are things in my country right now ------------------------------------------- Teddy great joke

What did you do that's terrible for your accounts to be frozen? You did not pay taxes and now your accounts are seized? This happened to one of my friends and he still had to pay taxes in order to start using his bank cards again

Are you sure you want to use Western Union to transfer money. have use it once many years ago and never again. With the fees their are having, they are practically stealing you. Look for an alternative.

aye not good when you have north korean inspired money rules accepted by your country, no net+ or net- card is going to help you in your quest to evacuate your millions out of the clutches of politicians. i guess that's why they created bitcoin huh? not saying it's very reliable or such, but it does have it's advantages...

Checked the moneygram and their fees. I have to see they are better than western union, they have like half the fees of them, but still pretty high. They start with about 4% in the first thousand, and this without conversion fees.
