This bad was funny and dangerous for his health, because so many fast food and drinks in 36 hours was really crazy. But some guys do everything for money and normally he have no chance to win this bet. But ist was a good promotion for the Mc reastaurants

so as we see,he wasnt even close to his goal and he stopped after few hours!dont know what was he thinking when he wanted to do this!but now he see that this wasnt normal bet!but this is america and its not strange for me!
With 1000$ in a mcdonalds you're the richest guy in the place. But still if the guy was smart he could have just bought the most expensive items over and over and a lot of coca cola or something. It's all overpriced and watered down too, perfect for this kind of challenge! lol
Anyways I wouldn't try this kinda challenge as it will probably result in a cancer or worse, liquid pooping. Not worth it

It was looking closer to a fail, especially after the specification in what to it. It wouldnt be a surprise if he had tested it before to see it can happen and then propose the bet I hope he liked mcdonalds. Looked like a promotion too

What? He gave up? Really? What a disappointment. I think I can do better. I can easily eat 5 or 6 McDonald's Sausage McMuffins (with or without egg, depending on my mood) and 2 or 3 pieces of Hash Browns in just 20 minutes. And these are just appetizers!

I always thought that this would be a very difficult bet to win but, lets be honest, it was a pretty poor attempt. He couldnt even eat $100 of food which is very achievable in my opinion

$1000 worth food in 36 hours? It's impossible. I know, that pro players like hazard, but why you agree to impossible bet? It would be same hard, if he spent half of this money on fast-food in 3 days.

so what were his expenses on a lost bet, besides a $100 or so spent on gourmet food? i wonder if he would go for such a bet if he had to pay 200K from his pocket if he lost... now it just turned into a great pr campaign that probably was planned in advance.

Yes this was what many people here and probably in his friends too think at first, no chance to eat this many food in so short time amount. $1000 in McDonald's, this is crazy, ithink food is maybe mot cheapest there, but i get more than i need for kess than 10 euros, so 1000 euros or dollars is mo chance

McDonald's food can be tastier and more enjoyable. An estranged friend of mine, who used to work at McDonald's restaurant in the US, once told me some secrets. I am not supposed to disclose all the tricks, but I can give you a list of keywords here: steamed bun, no salt, fresh, round egg, patty, without the toy, receipt, and a big smile. Bon appétit!

I used to eat and drink as if there were no tomorrow. Big ass steak, a whole cantaloupe, and a pitcher of beer for breakfast or lunch. And I would occasionally hit the all-you-can-eat dinner (champagne brunch on Sundays) buffet with unlimited soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, cocktails, wine, etc. But not anymore. I am getting old.

He should have gone somewhere that mcdonald's food is very expensive, or a place where the exchange rate to the US would have assisted him. Apparently McDonald's restaurants in Norway are most expensive on average in the world.
And with the self serve kiosk, you can add a ton of extra items, to get a burger up to $100?

would be able to accept him losing the bet if he actually ate mc donalds for 36hours, but he gave up so early!
