Well, no offense but I am not a big fan of 888poker. Their lobby design, table graphics, frivolous animations, etc., are kind of too flashy for my taste. I would prefer more simplified and subdued game environment.

I can understand not wanting to play in a specific room. Cant you make the minimum amount for a cash out, by simply depositing more money if needed, and then cash out. Its a well known site, so you dont have anything to fear.

I made a deposit for $20.00 U.S. cost me $30.50 CDN. their exchange rate is way high plus deposit fee it would not be a good deal for me.
The minimum cash out is $40.00 payable by bank draft the CDN i would have for it is not worth.
Posted by pinotte: Thanks for your offer but i just played the leaderboard tournament and made final table finishing 5th.
So i suppose that i have no choice to continue playing it and hope.
With 888poker it is not that hard in building a bankroll without deposit this 888 leader board format is beyond stupid I was playing a free roll over on Iron Poker at the same time a little over two hours and I was heads up.

I really like your sense of humor, xpok3rkingx. You are undoubtedly the wittiest person I have ever known. I actually didn't realize that I was pathetically underprivileged and idiotically uncultured until I got a chance to explore and experience the world outside of my own. Ignorance can be bliss.

wow this thread was really worth reading, i learned some new words from tony mon7ana and now i feel more like a literature professor rather than the ball shave booth owner... "pathetically underprivileged and idiotically uncultured" i'm sure i can use this somewhere within customer service area...

Yeah I agree the only good things about the current leaderboard at 888poker are the prizes at the end... The structure itself is too slow, it's not a freeroll and most players play too tight and make the game last even longer because the structure lets them. At this point I'm just happy that it will be over soon

You are right pinotte. I checked oanda today and the conversion for 20 US$ into canadian is 26.98. More than three dollars extra there. So doing another deposit to reach the minimum it will be just another waste of money. Just keep winning till you get enough for a cash out
