This just happened during a tournament and my mind went directly to thinking of you.
Just cracked AA and AK same hand with K4 suited. Flop came 4 K 5 and they bet out obviously and i shove my pair and it's the best possible thing i see yes they could've paired the board but blanks on turn and river give me nice stack so far.
And I just got Aces and won. not a huge amount but still won the hand.
Well, that's another confirmation of the fact that winning is always possible and with a weaker card on your hands ..... if you always won a better card then maybe poker would not be so interesting to people ... right? ... good luck in Game

Well if you werent lucky at all, you wouldnt be getting the results you do in tournaments. You got the third K and it was a bit hard for the last ace to come out. Did you cash on this one?

Irish bud, was i right on how the hand played out, i commented about it on my thread, but i will comment about it and on in here I think the guy with the AA raised preflop, AK called u called, out came the flop, AA bet again AK called and here u shoved, they could not do much but call you down, no ace came, board didnt pair so youre hand could not be counterfeited, and u got tripped up, im i on the money or way off on how the hand went down???

I think it was a standard play. I would definitely defend my big blind with King Four suited. And it was extremely hard for your opponent, who had Ace King, to find a fold to your check-raise shove on the flop.
Posted by StheP: well today I had 86 flop comes 863 guy shoves with aces... and I tought I got him but board comes 99 and phucked me xD
It seems to me that you most often had games when you won with a weaker card .... this is absolutely normal and this happens quite often ..... so it seems to me that your example is not very correct .... good luck in games and Be more reserved in your judgments
