So, PokerStars is apparently changing around its reward program. Again. Because the one they have now is obviously to easy to understand. Here's their promo video that explained exactly nothing about how it works.

Thank you very much, Odysseus101, for letting us know about the PokerStars' new loyalty program. As you mentioned in the post above, it is unclear exactly what kind of changes have been made to the program.

well i kinda stopped playing there after the all changes from amaya and starts becoming more of less sh1tstars and their promos appear to have lost all the remaining value so i am not aware of the changes but hey i don't really care do i... maybe they will decide to bring back what they already have had?

You're absolutely right mate. I watched that s**t yesterday and still have Zero clue what they have done!
Treasure chests? really ? liek WTF guys you have the strongest brand going and you F u c k your loyal customers like this.
I'm really starting to enjoy PartyPoker much more these days and will probably focus most of my efforts there now. Pokerstars has the better pay outs and tournament structure for turbo and hyper-turbo MTT so that's the only reason i might stay around but PP is now looking alot better, even though there loyalty program is horrible as well.
Man we used to have it so good at one point online with all the freerolls they used to offer and great points system at one time. They've rally stuck it too us now.
It's very unfortunate that the poker room that was the world leader turns into s**t ..... the client does not work at all or it works very poorly for a very large number of players .... and in general the changes that they started to make (everything started with the absorption of Fulltilt) will lead the room To collapse

This is what happens when you have the lead. They have the edge trying new moves like this, which you are saying is not good for most of the players. I also read a couple of comments in the youtube videos and lots of players are angry If it doesnt work for them, they can always revert back.

Yup! I saw the email and watched the promo video....... and I am still as unclear about it all as if they said they were doing nothing at alll. It all sounds like it now becomes a lotta about earning points and winnings depend on what you play and which box you choose. So....what's in the box today for my four weeks of hard graft at the felts????? A $1 Zoom ticket?

I don't play much poker now and yes i used to play most on pokerstars but now when i play most times it is on party poker they have better promotions so i stay here, and this means that changes in pokerstars reward program are not bery important to me.

well I dont have time to watch this video now,but I read all of this comment above and see that I dont need to watch it,because we still dont know anything!dont know what all of poker sites need to change whole strategy and loyalty progarm,if everything was find till now!

I also got a mail of course I did not open the mail to look at what it says poker stars I do not like anything from their promotion, offer,loyalty program nothing, they simply have too many players they do not pay enough attention the awards are miserable I will surely avoid poker stars in the future

well i am bit confused by all of this change, not that i have watched the video explaining all the changes since i was more interested in watching some gangbang video from pornhub, but what strikes my mind here is that even after watching the said explainer video majority of dudes have no idea wtf is happening... not good stars, not good....

Maybe this is so ..... the managers of PokerStars are once again trying to surprise us and attract new players, but if they do not explain clearly how their loyalty works, then they will only alienate the players .... I say purely theoretically since I myself Has long ceased to play there

The ones who will know the difference is the grinders. You can expect reactions from then soonish If the players start playing more on other sites, that wont be bad, for the poker world.

Pokerstar has changed a lot in recent years its system of rewards, it is not as before, before there were better prizes and easier .. I see better the systems recovers partypoker although they also changed but I see better.

Yes this change of rewaarda program from pokerstars is not clear to me too aand I think this is bad to the company, they need to think about all a lot and once everything is goid and clear do all those changes, noe inthink they didn't talk to some customers before making changes
I played for a long time in the poker room PokerStars and I liked to play there .... then there were changes and unfortunately the freeroles almost disappeared, but there was a new spinandgou game and I fell in love with it and played it often with a profit ... it's a pity that now this poker The room is losing ground

I read here and not only that this is bad for the site. What ever they do, is because they think it is best for them, meaning of course in more income. Some times you have to try it, cause whats good on paper, doesnt mean its going to work. If it does they will leave it that way. If it doesnt, they will just change it after a while
