The Canadian Daniel Negreanu should start accepting that perhaps this year will not add his seventh bracelet World Series. His big break came on Thursday, when he set the $ 50,000 Player's Championship. But no. "Only" reached the fifth place, after entering like chipleader to the final table unofficial, and took the $ 300,852 bitterest of its race. The champion was Lior Crazy Elior Sion, a specialist in mixed games who had been ninth in this same event last year. It does not matter to him that Negreanu, Paul Volpe or Isaac Haxton integrated the final table. The British accompanied the fortune, the letters were on his side and proclaimed the bracelet and the nearly 1.4 million dollars.
Even more impressive is knowing that on Day 3 he was left with 60,000 points playing Pot Limit Omaha with blinds 25,000 / 50,000. This proves, once again, that he is not dead who fights.
Final Positions:
1 °: Elior Sion $ 1,395,767 2 °: Johannes Becker $ 862,649 3 °: Isaac Haxton $ 595,812 4 °: Ivo Donev $ 419,337 5 °: Daniel Negreanu $ 300,852 6 °: Paul Volpe $ 220,111

With what he has accomplished so far, he should be very happy. I think everyone would have been with so many wins and money so far Still young with lots more chances to get another one.

Thank you very much for the information, perattin. It is quite remarkable that Daniel Negreanu has managed to finish in 5th place in the $50,000 Poker Players Championship at the 2017 World Series of Poker. Wishing him all the best in his future endeavors.

I think the obsession with winning a bracelet is playing a trick on Daniel Negreanu. No one doubts his ability and talent as a great player but this year he has imposed very high personal goals with respect to his poker achievements and therefore, I think this is playing against.

I think it is very hard to win a bracelet and it doesn't matter hiw good you play and if you won many tournaments before, because here on wsop in all tournaments play people who are all good, and a lot of very good players who live crom poker, so you need a lot of luck not just be good.

Well you dont eat the decoration, you eat the cake So if you win big money, like he did, with not getting a bracelet, do you really care? I would rather be in the final table as much as possible, in these tournaments, than trying to get a single bracelet
