The money printing fight. A hyped up nonevent. I always wonder who is paying big bucks ($100+ is mentioned) to watch something like this in pay tv. A boxer vs a non-boxer in boxing. But surely Mayweather and his team know, where the money tree grows.
True that Shokaku. But at the end of the day, all the sportsbars will rent it and a bunch of people will do house parties and split the cost between 8-20 guys. What I don't like about the card is that there is no undercard. The fight itself is intriguing mostly because of Floyd's possible ring rust and age. If they were both in their prime, it would be the biggest missmatch ever. But I think Conor has a small chance to shock the world and pull the upset. It only takes 6 PSI of force on a human skull to knock someone out. Mayweather's chin was tested many times in his career and it never failed him but still anything can happen in a boxing match anyone has a puncher's chance.

I wouldn't waste one cent on this so called match,you've got an over the hill boxer who was excellant in his day versus a big mouth MMA fighter trying to box. Mc whatever maybe younger and more powerfull than Moneyman but i think the true boxer will win. Although i wouldn't be surprised if he didn't so they could hype up a re-match.

yeah kinda also feel that all of this "fight of the millennium" is just massively over-hyped bullsh1t. $100 million for a single fight... jeez wtf has happened to this world... everyday you can see better fights at a local nigthclub and all that the "fighters" earn are broken ribs.
Conor McGregor of course in this match attracted mainly money .... Of course everyone understands that he is weaker and most likely will lose .... but if a miracle happens and he wins, it will change my idea of martial arts ..... maybe

I have literally never cared less about the outcome of a "pro fight", and there have been plenty of such that I wasn't even aware of until after the fact.

This fight is becoming more and more of a joke and it is like watching one big pantomime, You have a 49 fight unbeaten boxer fighting someone who has never boxed before!!

lol if this is the 'fight of the millenium' then you obviously arnt a boxing fan. everyone knows this is just a stunt, but people will still splash out to see it ... I will watch it, not for the boxing but to see who wins/hoping mayweather gets beat up even if its a tap out!
To warm the interest in the battle they insult each other ... and in general a lot invested in advertising this fight .... "fight" ..... this of course seems to me a very strong word for the upcoming action .... I hope that There will be no circus in the ring

A interesting boxing fight, but i´m not sure that one of them can be a real champion in the next years. Ok Wladimir Klitscko´s carrer ends with the last fight, but we will see which fighter can be a boxing star in the near future.

Well this has been selled at the last cookie in the jar but so far the tickets aren`t doing so well has was expected Floyd is a hell of a fighter but the combat against pacquiao was a bit doll so maybe the trill is not at a high point Still if I can (for free ) I will watch it

Yeah I think the promotional tour didn't help. 4 dates was too much, it was repetitive and boring and all they said was non sense. Takes away from the beauty of the real mentality behind martial arts. The tickets, just like the pay per view are overpriced considering the undercard is very shitty (I don't even know who's on it yet?) Best options are to stream it or watch it for free in a bar for sure.

I hope this Conor McGregor to make a big fight and win the match with Floyd Mayweather. I read somewhere about Conor McGregor insults for Floyd Mayweather when his daughter was present. Mayweather did not react violently but it is ugly what the Irish did. Anyway it will be an interesting match
