Yes i yoo believe this is a good offer, because you do not need to risk your money to be in the draw, you inly need to have so e money in your bank account and then make a deposit, and ig you have a lot of money you can get more tickets and maybe win some extra money with free spins.

Most of these offers are for the players that are regulars playing casino games. You will rarely find a good promotion from a casino attracting all sorst of players. And that due to the requirements they are having, which some times are quite hard to achieve and release a bonus.

All thiefs make their own casinos to wash money ad to steal people which plays in his casino. Everyone comes with free money for play no deposit bla bla bla. The main move from many countries has done against the poker rooms. Since these are the ones that give good returns after tax and have many players.
But if they actually wanted to protect their players and their citizens against online fraud for example, then they should have targeted the casinos. Many of them are just a scam. And bingo sites follow. Actually i dont know who is on top of this, casino or bingo sites
