I am playing with screen name :dilip00008 on the duck poker and my account has 667 euro in it, my account was suddenly suspended by the duck poker and when i asked the reason , they reply me to provide the utility bill and photo id.
I had provided them utility bill and photo ID to the on same day but now it is 2 months support is not responding my email nor replying anything.
By seeing the matter , i contact the kanhawake gaming commission and they reply me duck poker licnese were expired with them, the advise me to contact the operator which is winning poker netwrok
then i contact the winning poker netwrok they reply me that they are just operator for the duck pokeer they can not do anything,,,,,then in last i gave final warning to support of duck poker either inactive my account or return my 667 euro to me, they dont response to me...
There fore in last i send the police complain to cyprus police and with cc to support....but till now today date, i dont heard anything from police and duck poker room now blocked my IP address and blocked my facebook chat...
They are scammer and i dont know why bank roll mob is promiting such scam....now i have to chase them for my 667 euro....they are scam....they suspend my acocunt without any reason...

You are not the only one who has suffered this. The same I did. I have my account suspended by duck poker in November 2016. The money does not think they will be recovered. Have stolen money from faceboook freerolls( mark zuckerberg money) . One year with facebook frrerools have made duck poker recover from the losses. Then closed the site. Enough players who lost the winning amounts.

Not the first complain about that poker room here, and always the same thing. Account gets suspended and then never reopened. Support just don`t react at all. I would just stop playing there

Friend, i send my police complain at cyprus , if we all send the police complian then it will pressure on them to find duck poker and take some actions. I am available on email :[email protected].
We all together has to do something so no poker room in future will try to cheat the player...
what you think?
i send police complain 15 days ago..now waiting if they lodge the complian and take some action on duck poker.

Look men. This is bad for us. Another poker camera his name PKR went bankrupt and 60.000 players lost money. I said in a comment. Pokerstars he offered to Pay all the money in the accounts for this 60.000 players. A great generosity. For Duck poker players Pokerstars not pay of course. But if Duck poker he gave bankruptcy and liquidation we do not have the chances of recovering our money. This money is good for play in another camera of course but who will give this money. Nobody. Send an email for boss of Pokerstars maybe he'll pay us just kidding

there is no link between poker star and duck poker, we cannot wait for duck poker liquidation...i alrady complain to police my matter...the choice is yours for your case...thank you

I think that this is finished thing and that you cant do much about this problem!I am sorry that you couldnt take your money from this poker site,but if you are member for so long here,you could read forum for about year or two and you would see this problems!

I really sorry for your money But as the dule-vu said there was talk of this Duck poker I think you've all seen it risky to play poker there It had to be taken seriously let's hope the duck poker will find the money to pay and good luck

If the police is like the one here, in this matter they wont do absolutely nothing about this matter. If you want to see some action you will need to sue them as i said in the other thread. But it wont get you nowhere either, with you expenses.
I agree there has to be something in place to protect the player against crooked sites like duck Poker. These small sites most often don't last that long like fraudsters Poker Minds. Iron Poker recently closed next to go on the Ipoker network Titan Poker. If there is little or no traffic no point downloading the software.

Hey dilip0081. Welcome to the forum. You are not the only one having the issue with this crooked online poker room. I too had a horrific experience with DuckPoker back in 2014. Their website is still up. I hope no one signs up there.

I know man. As i said. Just kidding. Duck poker was part of it from winning poker network. Now you must opt for another poker room. 888, pokerstars, party poker, Something on the I Poker network. This cameras is good and no fraud. For moment. Again just kidding on the final.

ID checks are ok, but this example was verry bad for the provider. It was a bad experinece for you at this room, but i think you can handle it with the support by sending all ducuments again and again. I had a id check at a other room, this was an account with some deposits and withdraws and i don´t understand why. But they do it time by time....

no. read the other thread. duck is offline by now. before they were randonmly blocking accounts and not answering emails for months...

Sorry to ear about your problem but it seems to be the end of the road for them another small company that goes under Never was to fun of it but lots of complains but what they are doing to the players is total b******* Wish that everything will turn alright for the people that got their money stuck there

well I dont think that anybody would take responsibility for this poker room and that anybody would pay money that duck poker room debt to players!I am sorry for all players,but you should start play on some other poker room,because you wont see your money!
