I have one deposit 10 $ when that site went on $. And one withdrawal 155 $. Now after they switched to the euro i have 421 euro. Duck poker blocked my account in November. If they did not block my account perhaps my bankroll was bigger than his dilip with 667 euro. Anyway, I think this money will not be recovered but is ok life it's important and I was not angry and I will not be. But tomorrow I will also make a complaint to the police in Cyprus
------------ I made the complaint and sent it. Waiting for police answer.
I was a little lucky ... I did not make a deposit into this poker room .... why it seemed to me that it was not worth it .... so it turned out ... the poker room proved to be unreliable and I am very glad that I made a deposit in This poker room

there is no reason to send them the same complaint over and over. i sent mine too with the form and now just wait for their answer...
I know men. I sent and now i expect the cyprus police answer. I'm curious if she does the job or to remind them that they are part of them The European Union. I hope we will win the case. We will receive the money and withdraw our complaints. If not then I hope they will pay with jail wtf. Let's see what i say in the next days

dilip0081 i believe the link that SickCallJoe has given, is the best option you have to contact them. There is a form which you have to fill, which requires a lot of information, that might turn to be useful. Since they have this form, online in their site, this is the path to follow.
By the way, spamming them, wont help you. Never helped anyone. One method is enough.

It is a truly pitiful thing to happen to these scammers who violate the honesty and good name of the poker players. I do not know the room in question but I have known other rooms that have done exactly the same where they freeze the accounts of the players without any reason and when you ask for explanations by email are erased from the map. Unfortunate to trigger!
I think that you can forget about the money that was in this room ..... Of course, there can be a miracle and someone will take responsibility for the money of players ... ... but it will be a real miracle .... play in reliable rooms

Even if the police gets involved in this case, the chances of you getting your money are from slim to none. They can file charges arrest them etc. But start giving players the money back... not their business. But even if it was, duck poker will have to have money to give it away

Joe : We ( you, me and Dracula duck) all three difffrent person,if we doing police complain then it is for our money itself, there is no problem if each indivisual is complaining for their own money, if you are expecting talking on BRM or sharing views on BRM will get money from duck poker then it will never happen....we have to make our effort best..to get our money any how from duck poker..being negative right from begining will not work in this case..it is like losing hope sound from your mouth always on that topic.
Vic : I spoke to ACR on this topic with the support in june and they complied denied to take responsibilty of duck poker , they told the are not responsible for anything with duck poker
Pertain : Yes , there are many poker room who cheats player, i was also victim of one poker room in the past, the poker room name is gear poker where i had 65 dollar in it
Mober; On that link which give Joe, i had apply there also and those email also and those email i got from the same website of police, so i had apply both way to avoid failure....numerous complain will force police to take action on them as company is register in their country..then there could be probablity owner or support will come and settle our account and request us to withdraw our complaints...

As far as I can remember this poker room was not particularly popular ever .... Of course, I probably do not know the statistics well, but it seems to me Duck poker was always a very small room (compared to popular poker rooms) So just forget it

This is the police answer With reference to your report that you made through the Cyprus Police web site, I would like to inform you that http://www.duckpoker.com operates under eGambling licence Number 365/JAZ Sub-License GLH-OCCHKTW07060116 (owned by Curaçao eGaming), granted by the Government of Curaçao . You may conduct Curaçao eGaming, through its webside https://www.curacao-egaming.com/ in order to verify that www.duckpoker.com have a valid egaming licence.
Moreover you have to make an official complain to the authorities of your country. Then the authorities of your country can forward a request for legal assistance to the countries that are involved with the fraud.
No good answer because the adress of duck poker it is in cyprus.

You must be happy you even got an answer from the police. It was a lost case from the beginning applying to them.
And this is where your efforts would have to stop.
Curacao, is if not the worst, one of the worst in the license providers industry. Many scamming sites are licensed under them for the obvious. You can read numerous posts, threads, etc about them doing absolutely nothing about all the complaints they get.
